Artwork and Products
- All original artworks are one of a kind unless stated otherwise.
- Giclée prints are produced on demand and may have slight variations in color due to screen and printing differences.
- Product descriptions, sizes, and pricing are listed to the best of my ability.
Pricing and Payment
- Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.
- Full payment is required for originals and prints before shipping.
- For commissions, a non refundable deposit is required before work begins. This deposit covers time, materials, and planning.
Commissions
- Commission details, timeline, and scope will be discussed and agreed upon before work starts.
- The deposit is non refundable, even if the final piece is not accepted.
- One reasonable revision may be included, depending on the project. Major changes may require an additional fee.
- Final payment is due before delivery or shipment of the completed work.
Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted separately.
- I am not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
- Once artwork is shipped, responsibility transfers to the buyer.
Returns and Refunds
- All sales of original artwork and commissioned work are final.
- Prints may be replaced if they arrive damaged. Please contact me within 5 days of delivery and include photos.
Copyright and Usage
- All artwork remains the intellectual property of the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Purchasing artwork does not grant reproduction or commercial rights.
- Images may not be used for resale, merchandise, or promotion without permission.
